Day 3

This was our first rainy day in Vancouver, so we watched a movie for the first time in over a year and took the train to a big mall to shop around.

Before dinner we hit a great gelato place for a yummy snack before dinner!



Tonight was our big night, dinner at Lumiere. I have to be honest it wasn't everything I expected it to be, but I am happy we went and the food was VERY French and quite tasty.

Dungeness crab salad with avocado, black olive, pepper sorbet

Cornmeal crusted qualicum bay scallops with matsutake mushrooms, white beans, and icicle radish

Duo of AAA Prime Beef with red wine braised short rib, potato fondant, seared rib eye, romaine parcel

Cherry pavlova with vanilla ice cream, poached okanagan cherries and basil

Hot and cold tiramisu sundae with Chocolate Cremeux, Mascarpone Mousse, Ladyfingers, Coffee Ice Cream
