Kindermusik Spring 2014!

This is Abram's third semester of Kindermusik and let me tell you what, he LOVES it!  Adi started when she was a baby and ended this past year.  I'm enrolling her in young child in the fall.  I'm hoping she is ready for it and hoping she loves it even more.  Adi liked Kindermusik when she was younger, but Abram just ADORES it.  He asks to go see Ms. Julie on a daily basis.  Ms. Julie is such a wonderful teacher and we are so happy to have found her!!!  Abram is so energetic and excited about everything music.  Brandon and I have a deep love for music, but we sadly don't play anything.  I am hoping to learn how to read music right along with Adi!

Here are some adorable pictures of our little music lover thanks to my dad.  Here's to hoping we are raising a little future musician!!!!!

Miss you...

I figured I would post a couple pictures of what is going on around here.  We miss you and can't wait to see you in about a week!

Grandpa taking Abe on a sled ride.

Abe was so excited to help shovel.  He feels like such a big guy when he gets to help the men in his life "do work!"

I took a picture of more snow on Friday afternoon.  This will definitely be a winter to remember!
Had to snap a picture of this sweet little bundled face!
Adi's turn for a sled ride to get the mail!

While dad and I finished up getting Abe's room back together Adi built Abe a fort and it was so comfy he decided to take his nap in there!  So cute!!!!

Mornings...

oh how I love thee!  Seriously, I have always been a morning person, and I have to tell you there is nothing more glorious then when these two little pumpkins first wake up.  It really is my favorite part of the day with these two (that is... if they arise later then 6 am - the whole getting up in the 4 or 5 o'clock hour isn't so glorious).  Abram has been doing better at waking up at a normal hour, and Adi has been good about waking anywhere from 6 to 8 for a good couple years now.  There is just something so sweet and innocent about their half-awake little stupor, their sheet wrinkled faces, their crazy bed head, and their willingness to snuggle and love on you!

LOVE these sweet little babes!!!

Daddy Daughter Date

Brandon decided to take Adi on a little date this morning!  He leaves for Japan on Wednesday and he'll be gone the entire month.  This will be the hardest trip for Bran and the kids.  Adi is fully aware of the fact that he is leaving, and is pretty darn sad about it!  I'm hoping that planning fun activities and Grandpa and Gigi coming will help a bit.
This morning they went to Ihop for breakfast, went to Hobby Lobby to get some crafting supplies, went to Toys'R'Us to get a Lego Friends to do together, and Home Depot for a kids workshop.  These two have such a precious relationship and it really does just warm my heart seeing how close they are!
