Puzzled

This little lady LOVES puzzles. It is great on the days that she is eager to sit down and solve away. I put Abe down for a nap and was able to clean my Monday mother load of fruits and veggies and even prepped dinner while she plugged away at these guys. I hope her love for puzzles continues the older she gets!

Say CHEESE...

Lindsey and I decided to try and put our fancy cameras to good use.  It would have been a bit easier had it not been for this cute and squirly little guy.  We tried to snap a couple cute photos and then let the kids play at the park and had a picnic lunch.  My favorite is the last one of these four best buddies!!!

Easter 2013

This Easter was spent traveling home from NYC, but some wonderful little bunnies (Thanks Joyce, Tracy, and Will) left baskets and eggs hidden throughout the house.  We got home in the afternoon and had a quick lunch.  Joyce had a Easter egg hunt with some delicious soup and salad.  The kids were super happy to be home and had a wonderful afternoon hunting and enjoying the beautiful weather.

Final day in NYC

Today was the last day in NYC, and I'd say it was the best!  We did a lot and walked a lot, but the weather was beautiful and enjoyable to be outside checking everything out!  We started off the morning heading over to Serendipity, but that was a bust.  We visited Dylan's Candy Shop, St. Bart's, Grand Central Station, ate yummy street food for lunch, American Girl, St. Pat's, and ended the day at the park!

Waiting at a light (exciting ha).
Well look at that, Serendipity!  We got there at 11:00 and they opened at 11:30.  We ran over to Dylan's Candy Shop while we waited.  When we returned at 11:25 the line was insanely long!  Abe doesn't do lines!!!
Adi LOVED this MONDO size pretzel!
My two little loves...
The churches looked BEAUTIFUL for Easter!
At St. Bart's.
We went in American Girl to check it out.  It was quite the store!
Adi was SO EXCITED to get her historical doll, Marie-Grace!
Poor Abe was TIRED!
The stations of the cross were GORGEOUS at St. Pat's.
Great views from the top of Rockefeller Center!
My sweet family!

One last stop at the park before we headed back home!!!
This NYC trip was a bit difficult with two little ones, but I am SO HAPPY we went and experienced a great time together celebrating Brandon's accomplishments and some much needed family time!!!

NY (Day 4)

Friday was the first day that the auto show was open to the public.  I really wanted to go check it out and see the Highlander my man has worked so very hard on!  We spent the morning at the show and checked out the Museum of Natural History in the afternoon!

Our two little cuties!!
We were all pretty excited to check out the new Corvette.  Brandon might work for Toyota, but he is a Chevy man through and through!
All four of us in front of the Highlander!
The 2014 Highlander!!
This was the Tundra used to pull the shuttle (not a great picture).

Another great reccomendation from Jan for lunch!  What kid doesn't love hot dogs.  The coconut juice was amazing.  We had a few other ones too and they were all so fresh and yummy!
Adi thought these were some #1 hot dogs I guess.

Ok, so the museum was insanely busy!!!  I think Spring Break played a big factor on how busy everything was during the week.

Honestly, Adi lost interest pretty quickly, so Brandon decided to have her pose like the monkeys to spice things up a bit.  It was pretty funny (I think we were all a bit tired and slap happy at that point).

Abram slept through 95% of the trip!
And... it was back to the park we went.  Kids can only handle sitting in a stroller or an Ergo Carrier for so long!!

Today was another successful day!!!
