NY (Day 3)

We took the Ferry to Staten Island to see the skyline and Lady Liberty!  We also knew the kids would be able to run around on the ferry a little bit.  There were very few places where we were comfortable letting them run lose (especially Abe).  We did a lot of walking on this day.  We walked from Greenwich Village back up to our hotel on 54th.  We meant to see Little Italy and China town this day, but we missed it.  It was a fun day checking out the sites.

Abe didn't want to sleep in the stroller, so he napped on me during the site seeing on this trip. :)
That kid has some crazy hair!
On the boat.
Adi's awesome moves (you would think she is Japanese with her inventive picture poses).
Lady Liberty!
The four of us!
I really wanted to eat at one of Mario Batali's restaurants, Lupa (thanks for the recommendation Jan!), but it was clear Abe couldn't handle sit down meals anymore.  Brandon suggested that Adi and I do a special mommy daughter date!  The food was fantastic and it was really special having a nice little lunch with my favorite little lady!  Abe and daddy had a pretty good time at a pizza place down the street!  I look forward to special little dates like these as the kids get older!
We found a cute little park when we were in Greenwich Village for the kids to play at.
There was a flower show going on, so the Macy's window's were beautifully decorated!
We couldn't visit NY without stopping at Magnolia Bakery.  The wait wasn't terrible and the cupcakes were delish!!!

Today was a really fun day!  I was so happy to share all this with the three people I love the most!

I forgot about the bakery. We stopped there on our second trip. It was so good!
