DisneySea

We spent our second day at DisneySea.  It is a Disney park that is specific to Tokyo, and in hind site we kind of wish we would have had an entire day to see this incredibly interesting park.  It is all themed around water and explores 7 different parts of the world.  Our favorite was the American Waterfront.  I'm not sure if just gave us a glimpse of back home which is so familiar and comfortable, or if that area just had a lot of really cool things to explore!  Either way, the architecture was incredible and the hospitality and kindness of the Japanese people were a pleasure.

Entering the park!

Adi LOVED the mermaid lagoon area.

She was very excited to see Chip!

I'm doing another post with pictures of the park!  We got caught in the typhoon on the way home on the bullet train, and again had a chance to talk to some Japanese girls through our translators (we were delayed a total of two hours on the train).  We gave the girls two of our seats, and they were so generous and appreciative they gave both Marilyn and I a gift!  They really are a very kind and helpful culture!
